hi. i am originally from the south of England however i now live a quiet life on the Alicante coast in a small fishing town.. avoiding the glitz and glamour of the world which doesn't really interest me these days. looking for the unknown and adventure. the worlds a big place, i have yet to conquer it all. i am a kind person, honest, creative, humble at times, happy natured, trustworthy, love adventures and fun to be around. i'm not materialistic and am very down to earth. i have two fantastic grown up sons who are my best friends and are both away at university. i have lots of freedom with my work and travel the world often. i enjoy live music, art, culture, motorbikes, nature and reading, and i love cooking. i have traveled lots and often and still do, either a tent in the outback or a lovely funky hotel. i like interesting, creative men who are positive in their outlook and free spirited, to match me in humor and adventure.. although a little thin on the gorund here in my little town. i don´t have a tv and no real interest in tv. this may sound odd, however, a takeaway and a dvd is not my kind of evening. theres a huge wonderful world out there to see first hand for real not through a screen. although i love a good glass of wine and good conversation.. with the right person. my sofa faces the ocean, old castles and mountains..not a plasma screen of any kind, nicer~? if you're into expensive gadgets, shopping, tech stuff and designer clothes i really won't be for you. sorry. i am sophisticated and yet quite bohemian. i have a brain, i am an ex history professor and a freelance artist. i really am 44 (somehow..omg) and although i gather i look much younger my photos are all very recent. i like to pay for my own holidays, i am not for sale..if you need a girl just for fun, then its not me. nice women don't expect and take 'free' flights and holidays from complete strangers. only escorts do this. Have respect for me and for yourself. lol..am i just old fashioned? you should not have to 'pay' to spend time with someone you really like. :-) crazy. you would not be for me if you do this. i find it sadly desperate. i still believe in true love guys.
