By accessing and using Travel Datings ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit involving minors
• Promotes violence or illegal activities

5. Creator Terms

Creators agree to complete identity verification (KYC) and comply with all applicable laws. Platform commission rates and payout schedules are subject to the Creator Agreement.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Stripe in USD
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Platform commission is deducted from all creator earnings
• Creators must meet minimum withdrawal thresholds

7. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by creators remains their property. By uploading content, creators grant Travel Datings a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content on the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Travel Datings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
