Welcome to Travel Datings. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travel Datings mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AtaForge Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Travel Datings. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You have not been previously banned from the Service

2. Account Registration

To use Travel Datings, you must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Collect user data without consent
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Travel Datings offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the respective app store policies

6. Safety

While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of users. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users. We encourage you to:

• Meet in public places for initial meetings
• Inform friends or family of your plans
• Use our Safety Check-in feature
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AtaForge Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME FROM USING THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATAFORGE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
