1. Our Commitment

Travel Datings, developed and published by Goseedo Turistik Yatirimlar Anonim Sirketi, is committed to the safety and protection of all users, particularly minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.

2. Age Requirement

Travel Datings is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access the platform. Users must confirm they are 18 or older during the registration process. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated.

3. Prohibition of CSAE Content

The following are strictly prohibited on Travel Datings:

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any attempt to groom, solicit, or exploit minors
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Using the platform to facilitate any form of child trafficking or exploitation

4. Detection and Prevention

We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

• Age verification: All users must be 18 or older to use the app
• Content moderation: User-generated content including photos, stories, and messages are subject to review
• User reporting: Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app
• Account blocking: Users can block other users who engage in inappropriate behavior
• Admin review: Our team reviews all reports and takes immediate action on violations

5. Reporting and Response

If you encounter any content or behavior that involves or suggests child exploitation on Travel Datings:

• Use the in-app Report feature to flag the user or content immediately
• Contact us directly at [email protected]
• Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline
• Contact your local law enforcement authorities

Upon receiving a report involving potential CSAE:

• We will immediately suspend the reported account pending investigation
• We will preserve all relevant evidence
• We will report the incident to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law
• We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Reporting to NCMEC and applicable law enforcement agencies
• Preservation of account data for law enforcement purposes
• Permanent ban from all Travel Datings services

7. Compliance with Laws

Travel Datings complies with all applicable child protection laws, including but not limited to:

• United States: PROTECT Act, COPPA
• European Union: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions for minors
• United Kingdom: Online Safety Act
• Australia: Online Safety Act 2021
• All other applicable regional and national child protection laws
